Booking an Appointment

Most appointments are conducted in my private clinic but I am able to do home visits if necessary.  There is an additional charge for this to cover petrol costs and the extra time required.  This will be agreed prior to a visit.

What happens when you book an appointment?

When you call for an appointment I may need to briefly discuss the issue you need help with so I can establish what resources I need for your first appointment.  If you wish to discuss it privately then I can always arrange to telephone you at a more convenient time.

I feel that clients need continued support while they are trying to make positive and sometimes difficult changes to their life.  As a result, I offer telephone/email support for clients between sessions if they feel it is necessary.  This means that if you suddenly think of a question you can call me and I will endeavour to help – you do not need to wait until the next consultation.  Whilst I can not promise to answer your call directly, if you leave a message I will ensure that I return your call as soon as possible.

I do not have waiting facilities so I ask respectfully that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for a consultation.

Cancelling an Appointment

I appreciate that situations may airse where clients can not make an agreed appointment.  I ask that you cancel by telephone at least 24 hours in advance and I reserve the right to charge the full amount for cancellations made after this time.  Appointments cancelled late prevent other people accessing the help and support they need.

Smoking cessation is a one-off session charged at £120 (60-90 minutes).

For all other issues:

– Daytime sessions are charged at £60 each (60-90 minutes).

 – Weekend/evening sessions are charged at £70 each (60-90 minutes).
