I trained with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and use an approach called Mindfulness Now. www.mindfulnessnow.org.uk
This is a combination of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program.
The program usually runs over 6-8 sessions but elements of it can be used as stand alone sessions.
